From the M4

Leave M4 at Junction 18. At the roundabout, take the exit for the A46 towards Bath.

After 3-4 miles, continue on the A46 towards Bath straight across the roundabout. After a further 4 miles take left slip road off the main carriageway and at the roundabout, take the third exit signposted for Bath, A4.

Approaching the city go straight on through 3 main sets of traffic lights.

At the mini roundabout with Hayes Furnishers on right, go straight on (bear right) over the pedestrian crossing.

Drive along The Paragon (row of Bath stone houses) to main set of traffic lights, take left hand lane to go straight on (The Royal York Hotel is just through the lights on the left and Andrews Estate agents on the right hand corner).

Continue straight ahead along George Street.

The road bends round sharply to the left, follow it round into Queen Square. Go around Queen Square and take 2nd exit road, this is Charlotte Street.

Continue along this road which leads to the Upper Bristol Road. Pass the Vauxhall Showroom on the left and Marlborough Buildings on the right. Sterling House is located on the left hand side shortly after Phase One Gym and the TA building (The Belgrave logo is written on the blinds of each window). If you reach the Argos car park on the left and the children's playground on the right you have gone too far.

From Bristol/Keynsham:

Follow A4 towards Bath

At Globe Hotel roundabout continue East on dual carriageway A4 (Bath).

At the traffic lights at the end of the dual carriageway take the left filter lane, A4 (Newbridge Road).

Follow the road over River Avon and along Newbridge Road. Pass the Park & Ride on your left and the Citroen Garage on right.

At the traffic light controlled fork go straight on. Go straight on at the next set of traffic lights with Windsor bridge to your right.

Join Upper Bristol Road along bottom of Royal Victoria Park and large children’s play area on the left.

Shortly after the Argos car park on the right, Sterling House is located on the right hand side after the Hop Pole pub and row of terrace houses (the Belgrave logo is written on the blinds of each window). If you reach the Vauxhall showroom on the right and Marlborough Buildings on the left you have gone too far.

Parking is available on the forecourt of the building or in the parking bays opposite, please note that this is restricted to two hours.
